Scheduled

NOTICE: Apologies for the previous notice for February 22, 2026 (UTC). The correct time for this is February 23, at 01:00 UTC (February 22, 17:00 Pacific)

To ensure that our platform remains performant, secure, reliable, and up to current standards, Parsable’s engineering team will perform an important upgrade of our primary database to the next major version.

US Maintenance Window: February 23, 2026, 01:00 UTC lasting 1 hour

************ DOWNTIME EXPECTED US Region**************
We anticipate a brief period of 1 hour of service unavailability during the migration. We've scheduled this during a low-traffic time to minimize disruption.

Additional Notes: Compared to our recent database migration, this is a standard operation, consisting of an in-place upgrade of our database engine. Customers should expect to be down for one full hour.
************ DOWNTIME EXPECTED US Region**************

Benefits:
This upgrade brings substantial performance improvements to the database infrastructure and ensures we have the latest in security and bug fixes to ensure the integrity of the platform and your data.

We appreciate your patience as we modernize our database technologies. As always, if you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming scheduled maintenance, please contact your Customer Success Manager or the Parsable support team at help.parsable.com
